Helping children understand the feelings and emotions they may be experiencing or could experience. Introducing a tricky topic in a familiar setting for children, encouraging understanding of a very relevant topic in the modern day world, that wouldn't normally be covered at home or within EYFS learning. Reassuring them that these feelings are okay, giving them a relatable source and providing a solution to find their own happy.
